- Flags larger than 3’x5’, unless coordinated with Q2 Stadium Management
- Flag poles unless hollow PVC pipe without end caps and should not exceed 5’ in length
- Fireworks or other explosives of any kind, including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics
- Frisbees
- Glass bottles or cans
- Illegal drugs

Q2 Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks, and other carriers from being brought in the stadium. This includes clear bags. Exemptions will be made for:
- Clutch size purses/bags equal to or smaller than the size of your hand (approximately (8″x5″x1″)
- Medical bags
- Childcare bags (e.g., diaper bags) when guests are accompanied by a child
- Cultural Bags
Reusable Drink Vessels and Water Access
To enhance fan comfort and support Q2 Stadium and Austin FC’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, empty 30-ounce or smaller reusable drink vessels will be allowed into the stadium. Fans are encouraged to stay healthy and hydrated by visiting YETI water stations located in the Southeast and Northwest corners of the stadium, as well as other water stations throughout the venue.
Heat Relief
If you are looking for a place to cool down, head to the SciPlay Sports Bar on the North side of the Stadium or to the East Club on the East concourse. Here you will find air conditioning and all your favorite beers. Additionally, there are misting fans throughout the concourse and on the floor. First Aid is located on the North concourse behind Section 124 and within the SE tunnel (stage right) for those guests that have Pit and Floor access.

- Pit entry is located at the SciPlay (NW) gate and will open at 5:15PM CT, 15 minutes prior to main doors.
- Guests may begin lining up at 12PM CT and must pick up their wristband from the northside tent before getting in line to utilize the early entry period.
- Main doors open at 5:30pm CT
- Guest Services staff will be outside the venue to assist with any questions in advance of the show
- Once inside the stadium, access to the floor is through any down aisle in the lower bowl. For those with accessible needs, please go to the VIP lobby located in the SW corner of the stadium and ask for assistance from the nearest Guest Services staff member.
- Wristbands for Floor access are required
- Wristbands can be picked up early starting at 12pm CT on showday (4/26) at the wristband tent along Calle Norte on the North side of Q2 Stadium. Guests who pick up their wristband from the tent can enter the stadium through any gate.
- Floor entry is located at the SciPlay (NW) gate for guests who have not yet picked up their wristband. Wristbands will be distributed upon entry at this gate only.
