ADA + Accessibility

Q2 Stadium is committed to providing an inclusive, fan-friendly experience for all guests. Designed with accessibility in mind, our venue ensures ease of mobility with exterior ramps, elevators in the North and South sections, and a 360-degree at-grade main concourse for seamless navigation.

In partnership with KultureCity, we proudly offer a dedicated sensory room and sensory-inclusive resources to support guests with sensory needs. To enhance the event experience for all fans, we also provide ASL interpretation, assisted listening devices, and other accommodations to ensure everyone can fully engage with the excitement at Q2 Stadium.

For fans with accessible needs looking for transit or parking options please review options with CapMetro (803, 838, 3, 325, and 392 – also MetroRail to McKalla Station will drop you off on the East side of the stadium). MetroAccess will drop-off and pick-up in the Southwest corner of the stadium.

On-site accessible parking is available for those that have the assigned lot within their ticket package and/or have purchased based on the event type.

Accessible Seating, designated for guests with disabilities who use wheelchairs, other mobility devices, or otherwise require the use of the features of accessible seating (e.g., a guest with a service animal that requires the additional space offered by accessible seating), is available at the following locations:

Main Concourse:

• Section(s): 101, 105, 108, 118, 120, 121, 125, 126, 128, 129, 130, 132, 134, 135, 136, 137

Lexus Club:

• Section(s): 110, 116

Porch:

• Porch ADA section

Suite Level:

• With prior notification and subject to first come, first served basis.

ADA seating tickets are first come, first served and up to (3) companion tickets for every (1) accessible ticket. Seat relocations may also be available on event day. If a guest needs assistance with ADA relocation, please ask the nearest Guest Services staff member or visit the Elevate Guest Services booth near The Zebra Gate  (across from section 125) and tickets will be swapped out for ADA seating on a first come, first served basis: up to (1) companion ticket for every (1) accessible ticket based on availability.

Q2 Stadium features closed captioning services on the in-stadium videoboard.

Q2 Stadium offers elevator access providing accessible travel to the following locations:
The Lofts, SciPlay Sports Bar, The Porch, Austin Telco Terrace, Suite Level, and Q2 Field Club. Elevators can be accessed from the main concourse at the North Building and the VIP Lobby.

Q2 Stadium has five (5) passenger elevators, including:

• North Building: Located in the SeatGeek Ticket HQ (behind section 124); services the Main Concourse (100 Level), the SciPlay Sports Bar (200 Level), and the North Building Lofts (300 Level).
• Verde Store: Located inside the Verde Store (behind section 120); services 100 and 200 Levels of the Verde Store
• VIP Lobby (3 elevators): Located in VIP Lobby (behind section 108); services Q2 Field Club (Event Level, ticketed), Main Concourse (100 Level), Suite Level (200 Level, ticketed), Austin Telco Terrace (300 Level), and the Porch (400 Level).

Q2 Stadium has partnered with Kulture City to provide sensory friendly experiences to all guests who visit for any stadium event. Our offerings include:

• Sensory Bags: include fidget toys and verbal cue cards
• Noise Canceling Headphones
• Sensory Room: Our sensory room is for 1 group at a time for up-to 15 minutes. If more time is needed our Guest Service staff can assist.

Items can be checked out from the Elevate Guest Services Booth next to First Aid by section 125. To loan an item a Photo ID or Credit Card is required. To access the Sensory Room, please check in at the Elevate Guest Services booth to ensure the room is available and ready for your group.

Q2 Stadium offers Mobility Assistance to any guest who has entered a ticketing gate to aid in getting them to their seating location. Additionally, Mobility Assistance is offered following an event to assist in getting guests from their seating location and return them to the entrance gates. Mobility Assistance is available on a first come, first served basis. They are not reserved in advance. Upon entering the stadium, look for the Mobility Assistance staff stationed at the gate with a wheelchair, or ask a Guest Services Teammate.
